Chong, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and interacted with all the different ages of my family putting them at easy and listening to them to help them get the right bed for them. He was patient and gave the impression he was not trying to sell you a bed but genuinely trying to find the best possible bed. The sleep test was fun and other sales men Interacted in a fun way. (Would have seen a woman sales person just from a diversity pov but I am sure you have them)

The sales person Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful and the whole shopping experience was excellent from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out.

Joe at the Potters Bar store, is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was able to tell Joe what I needed and he identified the correct bed that is ideal for me. I returned to the store a couple of days later and finalised the purchase and he explained the process clearly and professionally. Really great experience from my perspective.

I arrived 15mins before closing time needing 2 divans and a mattress. Cuong greeted me and was very helpful, patient, had great knowledge, listened to what I wanted and made sensible suggestions. I apologised for keeping him back after closing time and he was very polite, I didn't feel rushed or that this was a problem. I would certainly use this store again (and actually did 12 years ago!) and would recommend to others. I feel that I have come away with exactly what I needed - I knew which divans I wanted but wasn't sure about a mattress which is the bigger investment. I feel I have been helped to choose a mattress that is perfect.
