Your colleague Joe was very helpful. We did a ‘lie-on’ test to check our pressure areas, he explained very clearly the different types of mattresses and we tried lying on numerous mattresses. Joe was very courteous and offered us drinks. We ended up buying two mattresses, one for ourselves and one for our daughter in Bristol.

We knew what we wanted and were directed where to find the mattress. We were then helped with availability and directed to the ish desk. All very smooth.

Joseph our store representative took plenty of time with us and was knowledgable on all the beds available, he was not pushy and answered all our questions and if he did not know the answer he went to find out the answer to our query. The whole transaction was dealt with efficiently and in a friendly but professional manner.

Joe and Sid were amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. Sid was amazing! friendly and didn’t try and hard sell. Took us through everything and gave us plenty of options. Joe was extremely helpful also we were very surprised to hear he was new to the team.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff not pushy I got just what I wanted very satisfied.

Both the male and female members of staff were equally happy to answer all my questions. I was greeted very well by the lady colleague, who gave me space and time to look around. Later Sh came to discuss a specific item I was interested in and explained the technical aspects and features to help me decide. She explained that offer ends today. The purchase experience was efficient too.
