The young man who served us was very approachable, understanding of our needs, Courteous and gave us his attention in Meeting our requirements. He was also very presentable and his attitude was very positive.

Cuong was very friendly as we entered the store, even though we had a mattress in mind as to what we were going to buy, he recommended using the sleep machine which suggested a medium mattress instead of firm. He directed us to a variety of beds that may suit us better and we found one which was much more comfortable for the both of us. Cuong was also very accommodating to our needs and offered us refreshments too

Excellent friendly service, highly knowledgeable staff, very organised store and the sleep test machine really helped us select something that would be the best fit for us both. The recommendation of pillows for us was an additional thing we didn't even consider before going into the store!

The Salesman Cuong was very informative friendly and not to pushy which I liked which made it a pleasant experience. I have been in Sales my whole working career so would say I am a good guage on this matter.

The member of staff who served me was personable, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Not at all a pushy salesman. The range of products available was good and the sleep match technology was helpful when it came to finding a matress that is right for me.
