The staff were really knowledgeable as we knew what we wanted and helped us to find it on the store computer and as it was not showing on the shop floor also helped us with the mattresses we ordered very pleased with the visit walked out very happy

The whole experience had a great narrative to it. The augmented reality experience at the beginning was a great start and then using that to narrow down to a good selection of beds is a good idea. The assistant seemed knowledgeable and very friendly.

The Potters Bar store is close to where I live and is spacious and clean. My salesman Cuong was polite, helpful and focusing on my needs. He knows his products and and was getting information in short order. He made useful suggestions along the way which helped me to make decisions with confidence. Presently awaiting delivery.

I was served by Cuong who was exceptional! He knew all about the products in the showroom and advised me to try the Sleepeasy system to assess what firmness of mattress I needed. Using that information he showed me the ones that were within budget. He also sold me an excellent tempur pillow to enhance my sleep He was very patient and did not rush me to make a decision. Neither did he apply pressure to make the sale. Just pointed out the benefits of each mattress
