It was all made very easy by the staff at the shop; and having mattresses available to test is the most important factor in visiting the store in the first place.

The matress analyser was really good for defining firmness and support. It clearly pointed out amy and my wife's differeng needs The assistant was excellent. She showed us many mattress options and allowed us time to think about the choices and the costs. A pleasant no pressure visit.

I was greeted by friendly colleagues upon entering the store. I knew what I was looking for as I had been online and I was shown where I could find it. I was helped to order and advised on what after care was available.

Colleagues were helpful and friendly, and took the time to spend with me explaining types of mattresses and what would be the best fit for me. I was extremely satisfied with my experience

I was so impressed by the conduct of the staff at the Potters Bar Branch, Sujit was so helpful and ensured I got the right mattress and pillows according to my body weight and the way that I sleep. He was not a pushy salesperson, and I left the store pleased the the advice given to me, the discounts I received and with my multi purchases. I am awaiting my delivery on Saturday. I can say that the staff in Potters Bar worked above and beyond the call of duty. I will always go to dreams because they are trustworthy and reliable. Thank you for a great experience.
