Uzman was fantastic - he listened to our needs and guided us through the test and options. He made the experience very enjoyable and we were very happy with our purchase.

I went to Dreams with my partner to find a new mattress for us because we are moving to a new flat. We are completely lost because we don't know which mattress will be the best for us. First of all, Daniel greeted us and smiled at all times during the visit. Then, he offered for us to try a machine that tells us which mattress is the best. It was amazing because we found exactly what we were looking for. In addition to this, he offered water because was an extremely hot day.

Daniel in the Wimbledon store was extremely helpful, explained all the differences in quality of the items I was looking for and made useful suggestions. He took his time and was patient with all my questions. It was an easy decision to make to buy all I needed.

The in store colleagues and experience was 15/10. They were knowledgable, friendly, funny and were eager to help with my issues. Your customer service team however is a shambles. It’s taken me over a month of repeat calls and emails to FINALLY be told that my vouchers got sent to my old address and then the in store team yesterday had to call customer services for the codes because I wasn’t issued them. You need to seriously review this team as I wouldn’t recommend to friends and family purely based on the lack of support offered via phone and email. 1/10 for being able to finally tell me they went to the wrong address. Also, not having a proper staffing on a Saturday? Absolute madness and no, you can’t blame covid. I work in theatre (one of the worst hit industries) and even we offer full support on weekend.

Good customer service. Good selection of mattrasses. It was fun using the machine that costumises your selection.

we have shopped at Dreams Wimbledon for beds and mattresses several times in recent years. this big shop is easy to access and each time we readily found the products we sought and could test them by lying down before we purchased. Staff were on the ball and super helpful. Why go elsewhere?
