Dreams - Wimbledon

From the moment we walked in, Deen was fantastic. He listened to what we were looking for, what our concerns were and answered all of our many questions with precision and expertise. He was super patient during the couple of hours we spent in store and was pleasant when we decided not to buy there and then. We returned two days later after assessing all the information he had shared with us and bought both the bed and mattress that he recommended. We had such a good experience and Deen made it fun, we had a good laugh and I will 100% recommend dreams, specifically to visit Deen for any one in the future. Thank you so much!

I was served by Carl, he was extremely polite, friendly and very patient, as I was unsure and kept changing my mind on bed frames. I returned the following day to pay the remainder of the total cost, I was greeted with the same polite, friendly manner.

The in-store service, advice and attention was some of the best I’ve had. Product knowledge was excellent and full understanding of needs was sought and catered for. Amirah, who assisted us, let us take our time to try out relevant beds and knew exactly when to leave us for a few mins to see how beds felt. Advice and ordering was seamless. Very happy with experience. We paid slightly more than I intended, but given the excellent advice I was happy to do so.

Carl looked after us from start to finish, he looked after us all through the appointment. He was very helpful and didn’t rush us to make a decision.

I enjoyed the experience of being tested for a suitable mattress. I was left to try each mattress. My price range was respected. I was disappointed that I would have to wait for delivery but understood this related to the number of orders received as soon as Covid restrictions reduced.

The two colleagues - Carl and lady (name not known) in the Wimbledon store were both really helpful even though we came in to the store quite late and kept them over closing time. Time spent with us and attentiveness was excellent

During my visit to Dreams Wimbledon, I was served by Amirah who patiently listened to my requirements of a firm mattress and handpicked a comfortable mattress which suited my needs. Whilst visiting the store - the COVID restrictions were laid out clearly and explained by Amirah who most kindly offered me water multiple times. Her professional, friendly and accommodating mannerism made it inevitable to purchase from Dreams Wimbledon.

Dreams explained about products in debth and helped with choice. It was quick and efficient. Looking forward to delivery on 5th may.
