Kathryn customer service was great from the start. It was a very hot day and she took her time to give me all the attention I needed to chose the best product for me. She kindly offered a bottle of water as we were finalising the purchase. Great experience.

Kathryn took us through the bed assessment. She really listened to our specific issues as both of us have slightly different needs. She concentrated on getting the best bed for us and didn't attempt any upselling or irrelevant purchase decisions. This helped us feel relaxed and focus on choosing the right mattress for us. As I have a very bad back this was a welcome approach form a salesperson.
