We were left to browse at our leisure. When we required help Kathryn was very knowledgable with all the products in your show room. Kathryn did not try to sell us a bed/ mattresses she let us buy a bed and mattresses. We left the store with a bed and mattresses that we wanted at a price we were happy with . Most importantly Kathryn made us feel that our safety in your store was of the upmost paramount of importance . The reason I say this is because I am a Respiratory Sister ( nurse). Who worked the covid wards in April and May. So I unintentionally look and observe for infection control methods and how they are implemented. The lady that served me dealt with COVID-19 restrictions very well whilst still helping me find the right bed for my elderly mother who was unable to visit the store. I had specific needs and the assistant listened and helped to find the right bed. Professional and friendly service and I felt safe too. A very good experience!
