It was very welcoming and friendly, helpful and I find what I was looking for.

A warm welcome from the outset - Amirah was helpful, knowledgeable, could answer all my questions, was patient and, gave me plenty of information and time. In addition using the large screen to scroll through the range and checking out the dimensions. I was offered tea/coffee which on this occasion did not take up but was great to be offered. Dealt with my additional queries including making an amendment to the order after purchase. I also made an enquiry the next day about the further reduction and Amirah stated would contact customer service to apply that. Excellent customer service from Amirah and would not hesitate to recommend the Wimbledon store and herself.

I was assisted very quickly and the lady who served me Amirah was lovely. She knew the products well and directed me to the best choices. She was efficient and not at all 'pushy'. I was very happy with my choices and how quickly I was able to purchase them.

Was made to feel a valued customer in the Wimbledon branch. Our requirements were listened to and Luka was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Your colleague, Luka, was excellent - very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient and fair. We only visited the store to take a look/assess prices and we walked out about 30 minutes later having bought a new bed !

Staff very friendly and helpful and lots of beds and bedding to choose from

the people were very helpfull the only thing is you have to wait so long for enything to get to you and if you are paying so much for a bed you should give pillows free not half price like i had to pay
