The shop assistant Ajmal was very friendly and helpful, showed us various options, and explained some things about features of the beds, at the same time he gave us space to decide. Very friendly and informative but not pushy. Very nice visit

Ajmal was really great. We just went in to browse but he really knew his stuff and was able to help us flesh out our relatively vague ideas of what we wanted into specific beds and products. Really impressed with the service!

Kathryn’s service and her assistant too (sorry can’t remember her name) really did the difference. They both helped me understand the right mattress for me while entertaining my kid too.

Ajmal was an absolute star! He was very knowledgeable of the mattresses, shown different mattresses and mattresses toppers and explained delivery, collection of old mattress and the 8 year protection. Was very accommodating and polite and went above and beyond when I returned he was serving a customer and had another waiting but said he would call before store closed and he did

i am highly satisfied because service I received in wimbledon store was honest and personal to me. We have been explained all details and sales assistant was trustworthy.

Staff were very helpful from the moment we walked in. We were able to give them a rough outline of what we were after and then they led the conversation from there and asked us helpful questions along the way. It sounds small but the offer for tea and coffee was also a nice touch. Luka ended up serving us and she was very helpful indeed. Never felt under pressure and she even went off to ring a colleague from a different store just to check one specific measurement for us when the Wimbledon store didn't have the specific bed frame we were after. Very impressed with her customer skills and knowledge of all the products!
