We were looking for a new mattress, which was to fit a new king size bed we had bought. As we were in Wimbledon for another reason we thought we would have a look in this branch. We were welcomed by Ajmal (Muhammad), who was very pleasant, not pushy, and spent a lot of time with us explaining the benefits of each mattress. We found him to be an exemplary salesperson. I think if it had been a different salesperson we might have looked at Harveys or Bensons before we placed an order somewhere.

I was welcomed as soon as I came into the store. I was able to browse and once I discussed what I wanted, the young lady who assisted me initially, took me to an expert called Amirah, who helped me through the purchase explaining everything and showed me to the fantastic sleep expert, which I input my details, laid on it and it showed a range of suitable mattresses. I also purchased pillows and after all was completed, I was able to find a delivery date suitable for me. Amirah helped me to the door with my with the items I was taking with me. A very satisfied customer experience. Thank you.

From the moment we walked into the shop, your colleague Ajmal greeted us and helped us find the items we were looking for. He was really knowledgeable about the products available and helped us come to a decision about what we both wanted and were happily able to purchase on the day. All the staff in the shop were also very attentive to our young daughter. She had watched someone blowing up the balloons for the sale display and they kindly gave her one to play with and take home.
