I found the whole process amazingly straightforward thanks to the excellent help given by Luka in the Wimbledon store. She was very informative but not pushy; her manner, (courteous, respectful& empathetic), gave me the confidence to make a decision far more easily than I had anticipated. Thank you

i needed to purchase a mattress for my 92 year old mother. I have been in about 3 times on my own researching. Amirah has been so helpful showing me the different products available and explaining the differences. I wanted to bring mum in to try it out - no easy feat as she has poor mobility. Amirah offered to open up the side gates and door so we could park very close so that mum didn't have too far to walk. We took mum today and Amirah was so kind and patient with her. Mum was so pleased and we went ahead and ordered the new mattress there and then (after she had tried several)

Your sales staff Kathryn was brilliant shown me lots of options to try out to make my choice for new mattress. She was not pushy & listen to my needs, ensure if the firmness right for my body. Price was within my budget range &great customer service & delivery was expected within time time range & from the sales staff to the delivery men,service was entirely excellent. I would tell anybody to get their bedroom furniture from Dreams as you listen to your customers needs.

The member of staff was very helpful and gave us all the information and help that we needed without feeling pushy. Good range and quick delivery.

We had researched what we wanted before we came into the store so knew exactly what we wanted. Amirah was very helpful and knowledgable and helped us to make an informed decision about which mattress to purchase and did her best to give us the best deal without putting pressure on us

I came into your branch at Wimbledon and was created buy two very welcoming members of staff. Ajmal dealt with the majority on my needs whilst I was in store as well as his more senior Female colleague. I was able to try out the bed testing system to find my correct bed type. This was great as I was then able to try all the suggested bed types. Following this I was able to pick all different specific different type of bed frame, material etc.. From the start to the end of my experience walking into the store I was looked after very well and we great detail.

I felt like I had time to look round, not jumped on a soon as walking in the store. Amirah was very helpful, I went on the sleep match machine, a relaxing experience and I didn't feel pressurised. Excellent customer service.
