Amirah was our sale consultant and she was so lovely, patient, knowledgeable which helped our overall experience! Cant wait to try out our bed!

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff

I have received a great advice from a very knowledgable assistant Amira. She was very attentive and listened carefully to my comments/requirements and came up with the best solution for me. She is a great asset to the Wimbledon store.

Amirah was very helpful and knowledgeable. She invited us to use the Dreams sleep match, and this was really fun and helpful to show what type of mattress would fit our needs. She offered us several different pillows to try with the experience, and also were offered refreshments. In the end after trying the recommended mattresses, we were able to find the right mattress for our needs. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Very efficient employee

We walked in needing a bed, and we walked out having purchased a bed. This is already a good indication. We were very impressed with the assessment technology, as neither of us have ever bought a bed before, and we are not too clued up as to the options available and what would be most suitable for us. The service from Amirah was prompt and efficient, taking care to show us the suitable options. Her only minor shortcoming was that she was perhaps a little too eager to get everything rung up before we had properly considered parting with over a thousand pounds on this particular piece of furniture.

Luka was the loveliest. She assisted us in every way possible and always with professionalism and a big smile.
