Dreams - Wimbledon

Dreams Wimbledon were fantastic! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful and patient. I was made a hot drink and tested for my mattress. The order process was smooth and efficient and they had great options for pillows, duvets and other accessories. Would highly recommend!

Amirah, the laday who assited me was extremely friendly. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She told to lie down on a mattress so the machine could work out what was best for me. She understood my cost issues and proposed various alternatives, brands and type of mattresses. She is very knowledgeable. She was not too pushy and in a way help to decide to keep my beautiful old bedframe, also allowing me to spend a bit more on the mattress and pillows.

Although we had done some homework on the type of mattress we were looking for, it was very pleasing to have a helpful and knowledgeable member of staff attend to us in the store. Amirah was friendly and attentive and took note of our requirements without being pushy or overbearing. She gave us plenty of time to try out various mattress options and offered useful information on the products. Once we had made our decision, she was efficient in processing the order and organising prompt delivery.

I initially got a very warm welcome from Amirah who then dealt with me throughout. She was very friendly and her knowledge of your products is first class. Throughout she took an interest and did her best to provide me with her advice. I am very very satisfied of how I was dealt with and made to feel so welcome. A credit to your Wimbledon Store

Amirah was very friendly and helpful had alot of time and patience with me when deciding whether to buy or not. Nothing was never any trouble and even though the shop was closing she was there to provide good customer service till the end. She is a credit to the company.

Amirah was very helpful and knowledgable and she made us a cup of tea ,you don’t receive that service in many places . The only downside was that we could on purchase the mattress as the bed we wanted would have taken at least six weeks.

We visited various shops including IKEA, Bensons and another couple of DREAM shops but in the end bought from this one in Wimbledon because we felt was the most helpful and informative of them all, particularly Kathryn who spent a lot of time ensuring we chose the right bed. Thank you Kathryn!
