We are returning customers. The previous two visits resulting in 4 power beds were the best we have ever purchased in all aspects. We now need to replace our spare room bed. Thank you.

Our whole experience was great. Once we walked in Amirah the Dreams Sales Colleague approached us to help. Amirah had a great balance of wanting to help but not being pushy to make a sale. She really listened to what my wife and I needed. After putting us on the sleep match machine she took us through all the options and explained all the advantages of each one. She also included our 8 year old daughter in the conversation every now and then which was a great help as a trip to the bed store can be fairly boring for an 8 year old. Amirah was really the reason the experience was “highly satisfied” rather than just “satisfied”.
