The assistant who helped us was extremely professional and knew products available and what would suit us

Amirah, the sales assistant, was very professional, helpful and polite. The only reason I'd put one dissatisfied on the form is that while we were being served, other customers entered the store, but could not be served due to her being the only assistant in the shop, (people were actually walking out!) This was because she was busy completing our order on her PC and had no time to serve them

We already purchased mattress and bed from Wimbledon shop, Luka and came back today to buy an extra cheap duvet for our friends staying over. Luka offered us just what we needed display model cheap. Very happy with service.

We walked into dreams to buy Beds for our first UK home and had lot of basic questions for which LUKA patiently answered every single question. Further she managed to help me with few freebees as it was my birthda( 29th July ) - Whats else can i expect.

The assistant was very polite and knowledgeable and spend a very good amount of time with us going through the different available options .

Amirah helped me find the bed I need and any other products related,she was great in her suggestions and patient with me trying and re trying many beds. The manager was also kind to allow for my orders to be mailed since I couldn't carry them with me.
