Staff nice and friendly. Good advise from them. But sometime only one person. You have to wait for a long time.

The Dreams' Colleague Amirah who served me was so friendly and so knowledgeable, and made me feel really informed about the products in store and what would be the best mattress for me to buy. She was patient, allowing me time to lie on different mattresses and test them, and didn't push me at all towards any particular produce and allowed me to make my own decision.

Luka, who served us was very helpful and meticulous about taking through the options without being over pushy.

Amirah was exceptionally helpful and went by far and beyond her duties by waiting for me to get to the store and staying behind after hours. I was super impressed by the equipment (bed measuring contraption) and the way it made accurate recommendations of your products that we're actually perfect for my body couple that with Amirah's expert knowledge of all the products and excellent service and care, well I couldn't not muck in and buy the lot from bed, mattress, protector, mattress topper thing and extended guarantee.... I would recommend anybody to dreams and Amirah, absolutely fantastic. Perhaps a little pricey for certain items like the mattress topper however I am of the opinion that you get what you pay for and I'm certain everything I bought will give me the quality and durability Amirah assured me of.

Amirah was friendly and had great product knowledge. She gave us space to browse but was also very helpful in explaining the differences between the models.

From the moment we walked into the Wimbledon branch, we were warmly greeted by Luka who continued to assist us for the next two and a half hours. Luka was extremely helpful, patient, friendly, and calm, and, since we were first time bed buyers, her knowledge and guidance were very important to us and helped us to make our final decision which led to our purchase there and then. Luka made us tea and gave us a mattress test whilst carefully listening to our preferences. The store itself had a lovely atmosphere and everything was laid out neatly and clearly labeled. There was a lot of variety and we were thrilled to find both a frame and a mattress that we really like. Luka made what can be a big and stressful decision so enjoyable and we are very pleased she was working on the day we chose to visit.

I foumd the service to be excellent. The sales person was highly knowledgeable and competent, friendly and patient. I could not ask for more.

The colleague who assisted with my purchase, Amirah was very nice and had lots of advice and knowledge to help me with finding a mattress. She seemed passionate about the service she was providing and helped me find a matress quickly and easily

We had just moved house and were looking for a mattress for a bed we had already purchased. Luka approached us and asked us how she could help. We explained that we had a very uncomfortable mattress but that we had not ever purchased a new one. Luka very kindly offered to help us by taking us through the scanning machine to highlight the type of bed that would be recommended. She then showed us some sample beds that were on the recommendation list and encouraged us to try pillows and to take our time trying the mattresses. She was very attentive to us as we were both very tired that day therefore she wanted us to try as many as possible so we would be happy with our choice. She also asked us how quickly we needed delivery and she helped us with our budget. When we had made a decision she took us through the payment process and managed our expectations in terms of the time it will take to complete the transaction, the offers available, the delivery estimation time and she suggested on-going maintenance, 40 night warranty etc .The bed arrived on time and was as comfortable as we had hoped. We are grateful to Luka that we could have the time, and her advice to choose the right bed!
