Dreams - Wimbledon

Amirah the sales assistant was extremely helpful and informative. We have been looking for a new bed for a few weeks but Amirah managed to find a bed that both my wife and I found comfortable and took the time to make sure we were both fully satisfied before we bought putting our mind at ease that we had found the right bed for us.

On Saturday I took my sister, who has special needs, to purchase a new bed. The assistant Amirah made this a very easy and comfortable process for both myself and my sister in a number of ways. 1) She treated my sister with dignity, respect and patience 2) She assessed her needs, listened and tested out our choices. She recommended appropriate goods 3) She was very knowledgeable of your products 4) Amirah was thorough yet efficient 5) She made us feel important and comfortable (offering water on a hot day) Over all this was a very positive and refreshing experience. Even if there was not a survey I would have followed up on my visit with a letter of recommendation for Amirah with head office!

Amirah was very professional and helpful. Upon arrival we were welcome in the store with tea and coffee. She took the time to listen to us and understood our needs. She gave us the right advices and could try the new technology with the pressure points in the store to find the best matress. With her help we could find the bed we were looking for. She also did her best to give us a good deal. We are happy with our purchase for the price and quality we were expecting. It is the second time we buy matress with Dreams and we will definetly buy again.

It was a very pleasant experience visiting Dreams. I walked into the store and looked at a bed. Then a very helpful saleswoman approached me and asked me what i was interested in . She showed me a few beds and then explained the mattress model. She offered me a drink and i laid down on the mattress. I was told i needed a firm mattress. Then we looked at pillows and duvets. I hadn’t even thought about buying them too. It’s all going to be delivered next week.

An excellent experience shopping at your Wimbledon store. Huge number of beds on display with a good variety of styles and prices. Your staff member of staff, Amirah, was brilliant! She was polite and had a commanding product knowledge.
