Luca was very attentive and helpful whilst I searched for a mattress. She gave me pillows recommended for a slide sleeper like myself to help whilst I tested mattresses, then once I’d narrowed down a few choices she suggested trying the sleep match which was brilliant!

I was highly satisfied with my experience at the Dreams store in Wimbledon, as someone was able to make me and mother feel welcome and was able to assist and help us in finding the perfect mattress that adjust to my comfort. I was also very impressed with the knowledge that the women who served us had as she was able to inform us and let us know the details of how much the bed is as well as letting us know about the deals that they had available. When it came to actually putting through the order, she told us all the options that was available to me and my mother on how we would like to pay and what services were open to us.

Really accommodating and friendly service in Dreams Wimbledon. I will come back to purchase mattress next week. Thanks Aileen

we came originally looking for bed and mattress for our son in Manchester to give him some reference on mattresses available, prices etc. Amirah have showed us not only different types, brands of mattresses but also profiles us on the machine. Demonstrates passion how far customer service can go we ended up buying a pillow where we came to look briefly we spend good two hours in store thank you Amirah

Outstanding shop assistant

I came researching mattress and bed, before we will come with my husband to the shop on Saturday. I have explored many options and tried system of recommendations. I enjoyed sales assistant knowledge so much I ended up purchasing duvet for my daughter! Really good atmosphere also! Thank you for tea.
