Amirah was outstanding. She didn’t push for sales but listened to what we were after and then suggested items she felt would suit. She gave us plenty of time to try out different mattresses and pillows and respected us as customers, not just sales.

Customer service assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us understand our needs better and provided us with multiple options.

When we arrived we assumed we would simply be shown beds and mattresses. However were impressed with the assessment we received. Amirah was patient and knowledgeable. We were also impressed with how she dealt with unruly schoolchildren who invaded the store whilst we were being served. She delay with the situation in a calm and professional manner. We would definitely recommended Dreams to anyone we know intending to buy a bed/mattress. There are products to suit every pocket!

I found the service very welcoming and extremely useful. We were offered a test to check which mattress will be the best for us. This prevents us from guessing what we need and instead gave us a proposition of what will be the best for us. We then had the chance to try all of the mattresses listed as recommended and there was no pressure to decide but a friendly chat with one of the workers - Luka. She was our guide and helped as a lot showing us around.
