The sales lady who dealt with me was very professional, had excellent product knowledge and took great care to make sure that she understood my requirements and that these were satisfied

Was greeted very nicely by the staff member Luka, who guided us in what we needed from the store very efficiently and patiently.

Luka was extremely polite and helpful. Even though the items we visited the store for were not available, she offered alternatives and helped with our choice of mattress. She also makes a very nice coffee.

The shop assistant listened to the specifics of my mattress requirements and showed me the appropriate products. She offered me a cup of tea while I perused, and didn’t make me feel pressured to make a decision quickly. She didn’t try to pressure me to purchase something out of my price range, which I appreciated as it’s often the case in other shops, but when I suggested maybe increasing my budget she showed me to the perfect mattress for me.

Amirah attended to us promptly, engaged with us in a friendly but professional way and had me on the ‘test bed’ immediately. After explaining what my particular body type needs she showed us a range of beds and pointed out their features and advantages. Not only did I purchase 2 complete beds but after inquiring about pillows and bedding I was also given sound advice about these. Having arrived this morning, from Kenya, to retire to the UK, I am thrilled that I have now purchased my bedding needs, under one roof and I thank the staff, particularly Amirah, profusely for their helpful service, even after closing time!
