Very impressed bu the friendly approach from the staff and the high tech used for finding an ideal mattress.

The lady that helped us - Amirah - was really lovely. We faffed around for a while trying different beds and she was more than willing to help us even though we changed our minds a million times. The sleep scan thing that we did was really great. Made it feel like we weren't just being sold something that wasn't right for us.

Customer service was excellent. Sleep analysis was brilliant. Being able to demo products.

We were greeted on our arrival to the store by a very helpful lady. She talked us through our various options, took into consideration our age, health issues and lifestyle, and then balanced this with our budget. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The store had a wide range of mattresses to try and a good selection of accessories. We enjoyed using the machine that advised us about the correct mattress for us too - we didn't know about this until we arrived at the store. Prices were comparable to online prices from other suppliers. Excellent overall service and products.

Great customer service. It’s great that the staff are so attentive. The customer service in so many shops now is non existant, so it was refreshing to go somewhere that the staff were friendly and helpful, without being over pushy.

Amirah was fantastic. She was immediately offering us assistance and was very knowledgable about the products. She was polite, kind and very helpful.

I came in for some pillows, the store colleague Alyx welcomed me at the entrance and listened to me as I explained what I wanted. She immediately showed me to the pillow section and told me of there ranges and current offers. I ended up buying some that were on offer for a great bargain price. Alyx was very friendly and understood that I had a low budget, and didn’t push me into buying the more expensive pillows.

Very impressed with the sleepmatch service at the beginning of the shop - It helped us eliminate the mattresses and gave us a clearer direction as to how to try the mattresses. Amirah was very professional and helpful - we spent almost 3 hours in the shop today, but she was still very helpful, letting us try the beds and not pressurising us as it was our first time. The experience was wonderful!
