I walked into the Wimbledon branch. Was greeted immediately which was great.

I found the assistant courteous and very knowledgeable. Luka directed me to the most suitable items for me. She also offered a cup of coffee. A pleasant experience.

We were worried about making a mistake with our mattress purchase, but I couldn’t have been easier

There are a lot of beds to choose from and the variety of mattresses can be overwhelming. However, the assistant, Amirah, was both very knowledgeable and understanding of my lack of knowledge. She explained and demonstrated the different materials which led to my making, I think, an appropriate decision.

I am writing this review as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by the team. Thank you!

We went in the beds were all already set up with prices and offers on and we had a member of staff join us immediately to help us select a product.

I brought the same bed 7 years ago, from the same store. Im very impressed by the new bed, as it has more features then the last one, which i wasnt expecting. I have a medical condtion which affects most of my day to day life, therefore its important i have the right bed and it startz my day the right way. I approached your sales assistant a few aeeks before i purchased my dream bed Amirah from the Wimbledon branch and we took the time to go through a few choices, went away to think over the chocies we spoke, and Amirah asked me few questions about the type of bed i was looking for, i also told her i was disappointed with the insurance policy i goom out with the last one and how i lost the paperwork for it with that she was straight on the phone and as a result an appointment was made for them to come out. I was disappointed with the outcome and they were not very understanding, however, with the help of your sales assistant we managed to find my dream bed.

The assistant who helped us select our mattress, based on our wishes was really knowledgeable and nice. she was able to look after other customers without making us feel left alone. The speed at which we made our decision was not rushed and it was up to us. It made the experience feel like it was our choice with no pressure. We will recommend Dreams to others.
