Sales person Jade and her colleague were both very helpful and knowledgable about the product. Had excellent communication skills.( Am a trainer on the subject)

I initially went to the Wandsworth Bridge location but they had run out of the product I wanted. The salesman offered to call the Wimbledon location to see if they had one in stock. When he confirmed they did, he asked that they hold it for me and gave me the name of the colleague there who would help me. Very professional and very friendly service. Much appreciated.
