My sales person,Amirah, listened to my price concerns relation to product desires and was able to find a mattres that fit both. She was not pushy or over selling anything.

We were treated quickly and politely without being pressured into purchasing the mattress we looked at. The process went smoothly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful also make me feel at eased . It was a cold day a cup of tea or coffee was offered to me in which I accepted . After making my purchased and was leaving the building, she opened the door for me and thanked me for shopping at Dreams .
