I was highly satisfied with the professional attitude and kind service by the woman in the store - Amirah. She is the best!

Satisfaction was totally down to the Store Manager who was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and helpful.

Carlos was very knowledgeable and sought to understand our needs. Having just arrived from the USA we felt incredibly warmly welcomed and cared for. He offered tea or coffee and allowed us to use the best pillows available as we tried different mattresses. We found the perfect mattresses and divan and he went above and beyond to help us ensure we could fit them in our vehicle. We were blown away by his friendliness and amazing customer service and will definitely return to this store for any future mattress needs!
