Amirah was the sales assistant who served me over 2 days. I was greeted upon entering the store by Amirah and another young gentleman. The store was closing soon, but they both encouraged me to take my time and too look around. They both explained the difference between the product I was looking for in detail. But as the store was closed, I didnt want to make a quick choice. So I told them I’d return the next day. The next day I was greeted by Amirah again, who remembered me and provide a faultless service. She understood my needs and explained everything I wanted to know with great details. She was patient and understanding and I felt confident that the product I was buying was worth it, just by her service.

The staff - Amirah and Carlos were very helpful and took time to understand our needs and ensure that they found the best products for us.

Amirah who served us today made sure she understood the requirement clearly. She offered us a coffee and then took us to the area we were interested in. She helps us to understand products, all available options and purchasing structure. Amirah also helped us to explain the comparison between the products we were interested in and others which helped me to make a quick decision. Once we selected the product, the purchasing and credit checks processing was quick and Amirah explains everything. We went to Dreams shop after online research, however, managed to select a product and then complete the purchasing process in 75-90 mins which is impressive. I'm satisfied with the overall service and would recommend it to friends too.

I was highly satisfied when I visited dreams even from the first time I went to get mattress and for the second time I went to get bed . I was accommodated well , explained well about products ,given options , given more time to think of my choice of preference , assisted well according their best knowledge and the reason I left the store happy and satisfied.
