Dreams - Wimbledon

Ivona was the only staff in the store attending to a lot of customers. She still took the time to understand our needs, demonstrate the ottoman storage beds and to explain differences between various models. Moreover, she was very friendly and understood we had a budget. She did not make us feel bad about our low budget, but instead found a solution for us. Although she was very busy, she spent time with us which we appreciate. Keep up the great work Ivona!

We arrived at the Wimbledon store rather late on a Sunday afternoon. We immediately received a warm greeting from Amirah who quickly understood what we were looking for and our desire for this to be delivered asap. Amirah was very knowledgeable and gave us the space we needed to try out the products on offer. She also offered us tea/coffee/water on several occasions, which was a nice touch. Overall the experience was very relaxed and professional. Amirah even walked us to the door when we were leaving. Amirah is very personable and a great representative for your company!

Ivona was outstanding and very helpful!

The member of staff who assisted me at the Wimbledon store was knowledgable, friendly and patient. She was attentive but gave me time to think and didn't make me feel pressured to buy. Post purchase i realised i'd bought the wrong size mattress and the customer services team were extremely efficient at rectifying my mistake. All in all a great service from Dreams.

I needed another mattress for a guest bed, narrowed down two possibilities on the Dreams website and went to the Wimbledon branch to buy one because had received excellent service from Amirah on a previous visit. A few weeks ago I went to another Dreams whilst staying outside of London and although the guy I spoke to was friendly and helpful, he came across as more of a salesman (slightly pushy) - I was preparing to buy one that day, but couldn't find the mattresses I'd seen online in that branch, and didn't really want others I was being offered, so I politley made my excuses and left, whilst deciding quietly to myself that I'd just go back to the Wimbledon store when I had the chance.
