This is the first bed that my partner and I have bought, whilst I had looked online, we were still completely clueless as to what we were looking for. As soon as we entered the store, we were given a warm welcome by Amirah who let us browse around until we needed some help. Amirah patiently listened while I rambled on about our requirements and presented us with perfect solutions. I didn’t feel she was pushing a specific product on us, she genuinely showed us the right mattress and pillows for us. She made us feel at home, gave us tea and plenty of time to discuss between ourselves. When it came to paying, we chose the interest free credit option, Waqas then helped us complete this. We were a bit of a difficult customer but he was patient and explained everything. I now feel confident knowing I chose the right payment choice. I am so grateful to both waqas and Amirah for making our visit so easy, they are truly a credit to your company.
