Great customer service. Evona who helped me choose the mattress was patient and very knowledgable. I chose a mattress which she recommended to me and what she chose was much a better choice than what I initially intended to buy! It was a pleasure to deal with Evona and I hope she can still assist me in 8 years time when I change my matress again :)
