Absolutely delighted with the customer service by Amirah. She was knowledgeable and provided well understanding product information. Definitely will return and recommend a trip to Wimbledon.

Amirah was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We had her dedicated attention during our visit. She asked about our needs and did her best to find a matching product. The new bed we ordered is not getting delivered for another few weeks but based on our visit to the shop and experience there we feel assured that we’ll be satisfied. ( It would be useful though if 6 months and 12 months later we were asked to review the bed and mattress and headboard we purchased as that’s the information I was missing from the website prior to visiting the shop.) We would highly recommend the shop and speaking to Amirah to our friends if they needed a new bed/mattress. I have friends who spent hours in a bed shop trying to find the right product. Dreams was the first shop we visited and an hour later we walked out happy after placing an order for the right products. The support we received in the shop helped us to make a decision quickly which was important to us.

The lady who assisted me explained clearly all the options available and she made the laborious process of application for finance look simple and flawless.

I walked in and spoke to Abu about getting a pillow for myself. He then took me to all his pillows and also asked what type of mattress I have so I could try it out and get a real feel of how it would feel when I get home. I only came in for a pillow but I was treated with much care which you do not receive nowadays in stores.

I called wimbledon store to enquire about a mattress. Amirah gave such good detail regarding the products available. I came instore and was completely satisfied that the customer service was exceptional.

I contacted the store before the visit. The assistant who answered was knowledgeable and kind. I then visited the store on the same day. The same assistant helped me and my husband on arrival. She was Patience and friendly. She was a good listener and answered our questions to the best of her knowledge.

From the minute I walked through the door, the staff were very attentive, patient and knowledgeable and even made me a coffee. I can not fault the service and I will definitely be back in the future. Beautiful selection of beds, and immaculate store - what more could you ask for when buying a bed.
