At the Wimbledon store we were helped by Evona. She was helpful, understanding of our needs and really went out of her way to make our experience of buying new beds stress free. Her patience with us having to make calls to our son was appreciated. We left feeling highly satisfied.

The person who showed us around (Amilya? can't quite remember her name) couldn't have been more helpful or professional. She gave us plenty of time to try out different beds, explained the differences patiently to us as we knew very little about beds, and made us tea and coffee. She gave us a wide range of options explaining how they were made, and why they were different. Have to say 10/10 for the customer experience. Her manager was also very helpful.

Abu gave detailed product information. I was offered a drink and felt so relieved that I went to Dreams wimbledon. The friendly and professional dealing made my visit well worth. Would definitely recommend the service.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was wonderful. As people who knew nothing about mattresses, we left feeling more informed. We were shown a variety of products and did not feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. We felt all our options had been made clear.
