I found the customer service brilliant in store, the testing you could do for a mattress was great and a good selection of mattresses that I was satisfied with however I didn’t think the store had a great range of bed frames. If they did, I likely would have bought a bed frame alongside the two matresses I bought.

The gentleman who served me was obviously new. He was extremely helpful and kind but he gave me one piece of incorrect information which I subsequently was quite disappointed by. He showed me the bed I was purchasing and said the price. It had underbed storage. I was happy with that. While I was placing my order I was told that the underbed storage was an extra £200. You can imagine my disappointment. I couldn't afford an extra £200 on top of the bed price so now I have a bed with no storage.
