It was my first experience in this shop and I don't have any other comparisons so I would say that I was satisfied about the overall service.

Much will depent on the delivery assembly and collection of the item. therefore I can only comment on 1/3 of the experience. there where hidden addons in price whch I just noticed after I had signed. Dreams are sneaky like Ryan air-operanting within the law to try ripping off customers

The staff support was fantastic however the store itself looks very tired and old and not very welcoming.

I bought a mattress. It was fine. I'm not sure how I could possibly have been "highly satisfied" when buying a mattress, unless it was free or I found nirvana by lying on a mattress. It wasn't exactly a life-changing experience.

I heard so much about dreams so I decided to try dreams I also bought two pillows while in the store is wanted to use the rest room is asked the assistant who were assisting me i was surprised when she showed me where to go into was so glad as a disabled person I was well looked after thank you very much dreams continue to do the good work for your customers BIG BIG UP DREAMS I SHALL NOW SLEEP AND DREAM BEAUTIFUL DREAMS.

1) The lack of a ramp to go up the 3 steps separating different show beds created great difficulty. 2) The sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. However she was overstretched alone in the store with so many customers at a busy time (Saturday afternoon). 3) Given that we spent over £1500, I felt we should have been offered more discounts on cheaper items like bedding/pillows, to incentivise making more purchases together. We got a good discount on a duvet that we asked for, but felt we could have had more offered.
