The Sales Rep was amazing, her name is Amirah. However as we had 2 offers for the same product, we asked if we could use one for something else, which the system did not allow and her manager was not very friendly nor flexible. Even if you can't do something, at least Amirah tried, which was appreciated. But when you shop for more than £2000 you would expect a bit of flexibility over an offer that has a value of £17.

Sales assistant forgot to give me recycling bag to collect old mattress so I had to return to store to collect when I received confirmation of delivery as mandatory item.

I was looking to get the sleigh bed in the lighter grey which was unavailable. Just found for the amount of money you pay you want items to be available. Otherwise outstanding service from Amirah at the Wimbledon store! Extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed.

The visit to the store was very pleasant, the sales assistant was very helpful and polite and the prices were reasonable. However it's unreasonable to spend £600 on a mattress and have to wait 3 weeks for it to be delivered! This is quite ridiculous.

There was no problem. My hopes and expectations were met so I was satisfied - highly satisfied to me suggest something completely above any expectations I had. Also, as the beds haven't yet been delivered I can't be absolutely certain of what I think, although I am hopeful.
