The fact you have to pay for your old bed items to be removed, I think this should be free like the delivery of products. Also oap, should get a further discount as they are old age pensioners and do not have an income and installation of new products bought be installed free of charge.

I wouldn't exactly say it bothered me but mattress costs have clearly increased fairly significantly over the years. Also, there's quite a bit of paperwork to go through when I just wanted to give my address and pay.

We saw a bed in about the £300 range but wish we found one that was slightly softer in this price range, as this one was quite firm. We still got a good deal on our bed but since we are not planning on living in this country for the next 8 years, we didn't want to invest a huge amount in the bed. We're happy with the one we got though ☺

Store understaffed so had to wait quite a long time for an assistant to become available to help.

The credit check software didn't work. Amirah was managing the store all by herself on that day, and she spent more than 30 minutes to solve the issue and also called the credit check support desk, but unfortunately the problem was not resolved. We then decided to pay the full amount using our credit card. Amirah's knowledge on the products was really good, and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I was very happy with your products and particularly with the attention and knowledge your member of staff Alyx gave . Unfortunately when I went to place the order nothing I had selected was available for purchase and u had no stock in any factory in the UK. This also applied to my 2nd choice of bed frame and my selected mattress. I had spent over an hour in your store and your member of staff was great but I came out with no bed or mattress as delivery time could not be confirmed and at best according to a colleague was over 8 weeks. I needed my bed for Easrer so am now trying John Lewis

The item I wanted, and some other options, were labeled as "special", therefore the availability was very limited. I had to opt for a smaller, available mattress.

Under staffed. She was lovely and really nice. But having one member of staff working will lead you to lose sales. She did her very best to manage 4 potential sales but I wouldn't go to a place I've to wait 30 mins for an advisor.

Although the sales assistant was helpful, I felt she was rushing us and felt she was more interested in the sell rather than our requirements. Because of this I didn't feel entirely comfortable I was receiving knowledgable guidance on our purchase. I've since researched the bed further and feel hopeful we will be happy with it.
