The assistant who supported us was extremely friendly, cheerful and helpful. She was new in role but still showed lots of confidence but anything she was unsure about she sought advice from her colleague.

The Wrexham store had all types of mattresses available to try along with the knowledge offered by the store representative. Overall our experience was excellent regarding our needs.

Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable. His sale patter and banter was just the right note and we hopefully have purchased a bed in which we will sleep very comfortably. The diagnostic bed was very interesting as well.
