Very helpful and friendly staff, listened to our needs and gave us affordable options. We came away with an excellent priced mattress and are very happy with our purchase, thank you!

We were greeted on arrival and asked relative questions, was given a clean pillow and a bottle of water, whilst was trying out mattresses, john the gentleman who was helping us, took my 2 children to select 2 olympic books each, which they enjoyed.

The staff were excellent, very helpful and extremely efficient. Their customer service was second to none.

Highly efficient service from the young gentleman, listened to exactly what we wanted and showed us a range of mattresses. We ended up spending more then initially planned but are very happy we made the right choice.

We loved the bed assessment! That bed machine was very impressive and extremely comfortable! We were impressed it then recommended 5 mattresses to try to which we bought one of them. The sales guy (John) was really knowledgeable about the various mattresses and was able to answer all of our questions. We felt buying something like a mattress was too stressful online, they all sound the same and some don’t offer home trials which worried us without trying it in store. So we decided to check our dreams to have a less stressful experience. John was brilliant in helping us through the various options. Not stressful in the slightest. The only downside was the cost of the mattress. £999 😔 was a lot more than we hoped to pay but given the whole experience in store we felt this was the right choice for us and our needs. Thanks!
