All the staff at the Wrexham store were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very quick at helping us choose our perfect mattress and knew exactly the type of matters to show us.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from the Wrexham store workers. I was greeted, offered bottled water, a cup of tea or coffee in a takeaway cup and social distance was adhered to. I was given exceptional customer service by Ally in the Wrexham store as well as a very friendly approach from Paolo the manager of the store. Both employees were exceptional. The choice of bed frames and mattresses were amazing and cheaper than I thought. The sale made my purchase much cheaper too. I completed my purchase with Ally and the choice of delivery slots were really good and fit in well with my busy lifestyle. Overall I was highly satisfied with my purchase, the friendliness of the staff and the variety of beds available. I will definitely be recommending dreams to my friends and family and be returning for future purchases.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store. The store had not been open long and we were the only customers at that time, but we were given full attention by Paul and given relevant information and encouraged to try the beds. Hand sanitizers were available at the entrance, and also small bottles of water for customers. The store was clean and beds were mainly grouped by make and type. It was very easy to walk round the store and try out the different beds. Paul guided us to the type of mattress we were looking for and explained a little about the differences between mattresses and the colour coding of the protective cloths on the end of the beds.

John was very helpful as we were not sure what sort of mattress we needed, we were directed to your marvellous machine, which in turn gave us an option for our purchase

The help we received from Alanna was the main reason we bought from dreams. We knew we wanted a new bed but didn’t know what. She took her time to explain all the different options, availability, and how we could ensure we got the best available for what we needed
