The gentleman in the store was extremely helpful over the phone to my wife, after being let down by another company, we contacted dreams in Wrexham, the gentleman who helped over the phone was knowledgable, helpful and we felt confident in the product offered and price. The gentleman put our mattress aside, and when I called to pick it up, only an hour later, it was ready and he recalled our call and was very helpful. He was professional, friendly, and a credit to your business.

Store assistants were very helpful and knowledgable. They listened to what we were looking for and showed us a selection of different options.

Store manager Paulo has helped us previously with beds for our children. This time shopping for ourselves. On both occasions he was polite, listened to what we needed and wanted, didn't push products onto us, made us feel comfortable in store even when trying out the mattresses.
