The shop assistant was very helpful, pleasant and professional

We recently visited your store in Wrexham and the service we were given from Alana Edwards was brilliant. She was knowledgeable and very professional. It was a pleasure to shop there and my wife and I would like to pass on our thanks to her.

We were dealt with by Jeff and John in the Wrexham store who were both helpful, knowledgeable, and talked us through everything concisely.

we did not intend to go to the shop but where next door at B&Q buying paint for the bedroom We walked into the shop and where left to look around. A nice chap approached us wearing a mask and asked if we needed any assistance. we did and he showed us the dreams bed machine and we used the machine to help us select a new bed We were shown the different beds and using pillows we looked a quiet a few. All the time we felt comfortable and not pressured at all. we found the bed we wanted and after a little bit of "can you knock anything off etc" we sat down and it was sorted in minutes. Great service and a nice experience. I cant recall the chaps name but I have Pedro in my head. so sorry if that's not the correct name. We both left the shop feeling that we had just spent £1000 but enjoyed the whole experience and that was down to Pedro. He is a real asset to your business!

Dreams was not the only stores we visited. We found Dreams quality far better than the others, found what we needed within our price range. The member of staff was knowledgable when we asked questions, and was very helpful. Also I felt comfortable in store with the social distancing/hand sanitsers etc, as someone who is high risk due to chemo.
