The young lady helped me considerably l was looking for an electric adjustable bed, and to be honest l did not realise u purchased the mattress separately and there was a huge amount to chose from

The two store assistants were very helpful, they were able to answer my questions knowledgeably. My transaction was quick and easy and there were plenty of measures in place to protect me from covid.

The Sales Rep (Store Manager in this case) was excellent, taking time to answer our questions, advising and being a very good help indeed. He was patient and understanding why we were hesitate to commit to any new mattress (bed) due to us being let down recently and not wanting to make another costly mistake. Couldn't fault him really.
