We were greeted on entry by Jeff who was very helpful. I told him the type of bed I was looking for and he went through all the options with a very good knowledge of each product. Jeff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. There was no pressure applied to me to make a purchase which made me want to make a purchase even more as the beds Jeff showed me were exactly what I was looking for. Social distancing and the wearing of PPE was fantastic in store. We were offered bottled water which was a nice part of the experience too. When placing my order it was nice to have a chat and a bit of a laugh, for a few minutes life felt normal which hasn't hasn't been the case for months now. Will definitely be returning to see Jeff when I next need a bed or mattress.
