very clean, social distancing and covid safety in place. Lucy and Paolo where so helpful and friendly and professional. informed us of all the products features and cover for items purchased. when it came to finance there was a problem with are address which we often have due to it sometimes being called 'The Flat and Sometimes 'The Stable Flat. this took a while to resolve but both Lucy and Paolo where great and after a long wait managed to sort it. They appologised for the dely which was no fault of theirs and kept us hydrated with bottled water , we took a lot of their time but they where both great. will recommend this store to family and friends as we found the service and products exceptional. well done Lucy and Paolo
