Dreams had all the necessary precautions in place to protect myself plus the staff at this unprecedented time during Covid-19. The member of staff made sure that I was protected at all times. The member of staff was extremely helpful in understanding my needs and explained every aspect of the process whilst I was in store. Her knowledge of the product was exceptional and made my decision of whether to buy or not extremely easy. I felt confident that the product I was buying would benefit me in everyway that I required. The member of staff was polite and treated me with respect and took time to listen to my needs. I was overall impressed with the professionalism yet friendly way I was treated and felt that my visit to the store was productive and I felt listened to.
