Went in on the off-chance that I could buy a super-king mattress and take it home that day. Manager offered me an ex-display model. Fantastic price, nice mattress and all the staff were super-friendly and helpful.

This man called Jeff is an excellent customer service man. I never thought I would get the attention I received from him thinking that I was accompanied by my disabled wife. He gave attention to both of us. He is an a wonderful salesman. He took us through available stocks and showing us what he had in stock such that we were able to make our choice without undue pressure from him. Jeffy respected our presence and noted that we were really serious with the items we were after. He gave us time to think over what we wanted in terms of buying the bed we wanted. I enjoyed talking with Jeffy as he showed no prediduce to our skin colour. We felt welcomed and equally respected. I never thought I would leave this shop with a purchase of my bed. The team was so excellent. Thanks for the cup of tea he offered us and was very considerate to the limitation of my wife as he escorted us to the tills where we went and finalised the sales agreement.
