Very helpful and knowledgable assistant and helped us greatly. However I do think that the assistants sag Gould enquire about price range. For us it was no issue but could be embarrassing for others if they only have a certain amount to spend

I was highly satisfied with the service as I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Paolo was very friendly and helpful, he had a lot of knowledge about the different items we discussed. He also offered me a drink which doesnt happen often when I'm shopping. I was also made comfortable to try out different pillows and mattresses which was helpful. I would definatley go back.

Jack the sales assistant greeted us when we entered. Let us have a wonder around the store, telling about the different colours coded items and types of mattress. The store had plenty of matteres to try and they even gave us a proper pillow to get a better sense of what it was like sleeping on the mattress. Once we had picked our favourite we tried the machine to tell us about what mattress was best for us. Jack was very friendly the whole time, joking with us about people falling asleep on the mattresses, we felt valued and like there was time for us despite there being a few customers in the store. They were helpful when it came to paying giving us all the different options of how to pay and delivery dates.
