Alanna was amazing, she was very informative. My daughter is 18 with Erosive Arthritis. Alanna, went above and beyond to help her, she put her on the test bed, so we could see what bed would suit. Alanna was very caring, smiling, soooo helpful, in every way. Alanna new so much about the beds, she gave lots of advice about all the mattresses we were looking at. I was looking for the cheapest to be honest, i went over my budget of a couple hundred pounds, but Alanna, pointed out the importance of buying a good mattress, especially for my daughters condition. We loved our experience at dreams with Alanna. She was BRILLIANT. THANK YOU SO MUCH xx

Buying a new mattress can be a difficult decision and while we were pretty certain that we wanted a traditional pocket sprung mattress our assistant, Ally, was extremely helpful. She was in no way pushy but took time to ask us about our sleeping habits and suggested a small selection of the type of mattresses she felt would best suit us and more importantly giving us the reasons behind her suggestions. She was very well informed and knowledgeable and that is a refreshing thing when making a large purchase in today's world. We had just come from a large electrical company where the service was appalling and the contrast could not have been more evident. We were given help, time and were listened to which was really appreciated.

We were greeted as we entered the store by a very nice lady called Lucy. We knew what we were looking for so she explained all the various options available. We had been quoted a great price by a competitor store but Lucy managed to sway is on a couple of things. We opted for finance that was available & not paying a huge deposit was a big yes as it was working out £900 to pay out in one go. Overall we were impressed with the service & will return if we require any other products.

Friendly assistance but not pushy. Were looking for one specific make of mattress, and all but one option of mattress available in store to try. Choices of other mattresses discussed based on bed machine readings. Assistants knowledgable and able to answer questions asked, or quickly found answers. Price of mattress very competitive.

Fast and friendly service, and there was no pressure to make a decision

Jack, the assistant, was very attentive. We used the Sleepmatch machine and he explained the findings to us. He then helped us to test the appropriate beds. He also suggested the most appropriate pillow. We were offered a drink and treated with great respect.
