The store manager did not press me or my mother to buy. He informed me and my mother of the product and the benefits of all options. He went the extra mile as my disabled mother arrived near the store closing time but nothing was too much trouble. He should be commended for being a very considerate and polite advocate for your company.

We were welcomed and helped by Lucy to select and try out different products with no pressure just help.

I knew what i wanted and the assistant was very helpful and answered all my questions
